double beautiful room friendly staff dirty apron inaccurate menu

the double beautiful room had everything i needed. the staff were really friendly and helpful too. breakfast was cooked to order, and it was very delicious.

there wasn't any toast at all, and the advertised menu wasn't accurate. the chef's apron was dirty. That was very off putting.

i was amazed by the great location near the railway museum. the staff quickly moved me to another room when my radiator didn't work!

underwhelming stay

unexpected noise false advertising

the location worked out okay, it was near enough to the main attractions.

the room was not what i expected. i booked a double suite, it did not look like pictures. the noise at night was terrible, i barely slept, the traffic sounds right outside are so loud.
